discontinue the service?
You simply delete the service using your phone's menu. There

billing options. If you sign up with a promotion code from

Yes, if it can connect to the Internet. If you are not sure
about your phone, please call us for help. BerggiMail doesn't
work with blackberry, Treo or other so-called "smartphones."

Cingular and Sprint are supported at this time.
If I lose
my phone, can someone else steal my personal data in BerggiMail?
No. Your BerggiMail e-mail is not visible. If you lose your
phone, you can log in at www.berggi.com to change your password.
After doing so, no one can use BerggiMail from your lost or
stolen phone.
If I change
phones can I still use BerggiMail?
Yes. Simply log in to www.berggi.com and download BerggiMail
to your new phone. All of your contacts and data are retrievable.
Which of
my current e-mail accounts can I use?
You can use any e-mail account, including personal, business
or both.
Am I able to receive attachments using BerggiMail?
No. Most likely your phone won't be able to display it. Additionally, they would use up your kilobytes.
If I erase an e-mail message on my phone, will it erase from my computer, too?
No. You will still have access to your e-mail on your computer.

No, BerggiMail updates these for you automatically.
Sending free text messages using BerggiMail
Add the other BerggiMail user in your BerggiMail contacts, and go to BerggiMail text messages and type and send your text message. She will receive your message in her BerggiMail text messages.
